Injury Rehabilitation

Exercise is used to aid in recovery and assist in the return to full function. This can be achieved in several ways depending on the extent of the injury. Methods include strengthening weakened muscles, release of overused muscles, correct exercise technique, pain management strategies and training load management.

Women’s Health

Supporting women's health by creating tailored exercise programs for pre- and postnatal care, bone health, pelvic floor strength, hormonal changes, cardiovascular fitness, weight management, and stress reduction. This comprehensive approach enhances overall well-being and addresses your specific health needs.

General Strength & Conditioning

Using scientific principles we will create an individualised exercise program which includes strength training and conditioning routines, structured in phases (periodisation) to ensure continual progress. Our 1:1 sessions will focus on teaching proper techniques and movement mechanics while tracking your progress and providing you with continual feedback.

Chronic Condition & Disability Management

Exercise intervention is aimed at improving quality of life, enhancing physical function, and managing symptoms for those with chronic conditions or disabilities. This is achieved while ensuring safety, providing education, and offering ongoing support and motivation for optimal health.

Athletic Development

Enhanced athletic development and sport performance. Our Exercise physiologists will conduct performance assessments, design periodized training programs, analyse biomechanics to prevent injuries, implement evidence-based recovery strategies, and improve movement efficiency specific for your sport.
